Luxury Las Vegas Condos projects are booming.  What most vacationers don't realize is many of these condo projects are being sold to "investors".  The Las Vegas Real Estate market has been hot for several years now, and shows no real sign of a downturn.

So investors are pouring into the Valley.  Because land is so scarce (and expensive) the housing projects are going vertical.  This is good news for Las Vegas Vacationers.
